1. When ordering, the customer should specify that the acidity meter should be configured, so that we can reserve the interface for installing the acidity meter on the kettle cover. This interface is generally made into the connection type of flat welding flange;
2. The pH meter should be made into a style similar to a warm sleeve, which can be directly inserted into the material in the kettle, and inserted into the material as deep as possible, with a pH probe at the low end;
3. Selection of pH probe for pH meter: There are two kinds of domestic production and imported. The price of these two kinds is quite different. The customer should inform us of the characteristics of the material to choose a suitable probe with high cost performance. The characteristics of the material include : pH, reaction temperature, and viscosity. If it is a general material, choose domestically produced materials. If it is highly corrosive and have a high reaction temperature, you must choose imported ones. In addition, it has a certain relationship with the stirring type and rotation speed.
4. pH meter pH indicator: installed at the top of the pH meter, with a sensor connected to the probe at the bottom, generally choose a digital display, which can be seen at a glance, if you need to display it on the control computer, you must choose a connection that can be connected to the external transmission line terminal, which is more convenient to control.
