Capacity: 1000 to 40000 Liters (F series, GB/T25026-2017); 3000 to 40000 Liters (Q series, GB/T25026-2017); 1600 to 40000 Liters (CE series, DIN28136). it is a kind of is a kind of closed-welded vertical type pressure vessel equipment with top insert agitator, also named "Monoblock type". Monoblock structure design has no large main opening maximize on top head strength and allow for higher pressure ratings.
Close type glass lined reactor is a kind of one-piece vertical type pressure vessel equipment with agitator, also named monoblock type glass lined reactor. Its structure mainly includes a close-welded glass lined vessel body, a top insert glass-lined agitator, motor-gear driving device, shaft seal, U type or limpet coil type heating/cooling jacket, flush valve, temperature and pressure measurement device and etc. Monoblock structure design has no large main opening maximize on top head strength and allow for higher pressure ratings and large capacity. The standard design included two different systems, one is GB Standard F and Q Series, another is DIN28136 Standard CE Series. Heating and/or cooling method is with a u type jacket or outer-side semi-coil jacket through by medium of steam, water or thermal oil.
