Description

Dip pipe or dip tube is a device for conveying material to under the liquid level in the rector. Dip pipe or dip tube is installed on the top cover of reactor and inserted into the medium directly of the reactor. Strong corrosion liquid or gas or powder material feed into the reactor existing medium with reaction by the dip pipe or dip tube, for avoid direct chemical corrosion to the upper inner wall of reactor, gas leakage, electrostatic accumulation and etc.

The material of dip pipe or dip tube can be select of PTFE, stainless steel, glass lined steel, PTFE lined steel, titanium or titanium alloy and hastelloy to match the different requirement of anti-corrosion, wear resistance，high-temperature resistance and etc.
