Glass-lined reactor is a kind of excellent corrosion-resistant equipment. It is a composite product made by lining the inner surface of the steel container with glass containing high silica, and burning it at a high temperature to firmly adhere to the metal surface. Glass-lined reactors are mostly used in harsh corrosive environments, so their quality inspections are very strict. Detailed inspections and inspections require relevant national departments to formulate corresponding standards.
1. The pressure resistance of the glass-lined reactor: to meet the design requirements, the pressure resistance and water pressure test shall be carried out according to the method GB/T7994.
2. The withstand voltage of the glass-lined reactor: 20000V (DC) is required without breakdown, and the AC spark generator is used to measure it according to GB/T7993.
3. Appearance quality of the porcelain layer of the glass-lined reactor: basically the same color, smooth surface, no explosive porcelain, fish scale cracks, dark bubbles, no more than three foreign objects on the surface of the tank body and tank lid, foreign objects ≤ 8mm2, and two pieces are separated from each other. Must not be ∠100mm. Observe and record the results in a bright place or with a 100-watt low-voltage illuminator at 600mm, 600mm from the porcelain surface.
4. The thickness of the porcelain layer of the glass-lined reactor: 0.8mm~2.0mm is required, and a non-magnetic thickness gauge is used to measure it according to GB/T7991.
5. The deformation tolerance of the glass-lined reactor: the difference between the maximum and minimum diameters of the flange is less than or equal to 0.1% Dg. Use a meter ruler to measure the maximum outer diameter and the minimum outer diameter of the flange, and the difference is used as the ovality; the flange unevenness is allowed to be ≤0.3 %Dg, use a feeler gauge to measure the maximum gap between the plane and the standard plane as the unevenness.
