The repair of glass-lined reaction tanks is a meticulous and demanding job. Only according to the operating conditions of the equipment, we should carefully analyze and study the causes of surface damage, formulate a reasonable repair plan, and strictly control the technical indicators and operations of each link of repair. The method can be repaired with high quality, rapid and economical, and satisfactory results can be achieved.
1. Clean the damaged parts of dust and shedding, wash with water, and then use 20% hydrochloric acid for 2-3 times of acidification, and then wipe dry.
2. The acid-resistant cement is prepared according to the proportion, and water glass cannot be added at will during the operation.
3. First apply acid-resistant glue to the bottom layer of the damaged area, then line it with acid-resistant porcelain plate (or tie glass cloth), and finally use acid-resistant glue to cement and cover it. When pasting acid-resistant porcelain plates, the gaps between the acid-resistant porcelain plates must be filled and smoothed with acid-resistant cement.
