Q Type Glass Lined Reactor
Capacity: 1000 to 40000 Liters; 40000 to 50000 Liters (Customize). Design and manufacture standard: GB/T25025-2010, GB/T25026-2017. Full closed-welded structure with no bigger opening on the head but it should be assembly by removable type agitator.
Q type glass lined reactor has a small size nozzle on head cover that only allowed agitator shaft pass in, the removable blade of agitator into the vessel body by though manhole and then assembly/locked onto agitator shaft by cooling assembly method. It is design and manufacture according to the Chinese national standard/ASMEstandard. Heating and/or cooling method is with a u type jacket or outer-side semi-coil/limpet type jacket through by medium of steam, water or thermal oil.
