Description

When the heat in the mixing equipment/reactor is only transferred by the outer jacket and the heat exchange area is insufficient, the inner coil can be set in the equipment at the same time to increase the heat exchange area. Inner coil is usually immersed in the material, with small heat loss and good heat transfer effect. Inner coil pipe can be divided into spiral coil pipe and vertical coil pipe. Several groups of vertical coil pipes arranged symmetrically not only heat transfer, but also play the role of baffle.

The material of inner coil can be select of carbon steel, stainless steel, glass lined steel, titanium or titanium alloy and hastelloy to match the different requirement of anti-corrosion, wear resistance，high-temperature resistance and etc. Heat transfer medium canbe select by steam, water or thermal oil.
